2. Carriers & Delivery

  • Standard & Expedited Shipping: By default, expedited orders are shipped via USPS.

  • Custom Carriers: If you prefer a specific courier for expedited shipping, please leave a note at checkout or contact us to calculate the shipping fee.

  • Remote Areas: An additional shipping fee may apply if your delivery address is located in a remote area.

3. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to the following locations due to carrier restrictions:

  • PO Boxes

  • Military or restricted zones

  • Naval ports

  • Jurong Island

Please provide a valid physical address at checkout to avoid order cancellation.

4. Lost or Damaged Items

If your item is lost or damaged during transit, Resin Art Gift will fully assist in resolving the issue. In most cases, we will send a replacement product to you at no additional cost.
