Astronaut Space Exploration Epoxy Resin Night Light

Deep Space encapsulated in crystal-clear resin

Two astronauts navigate a quiet cosmic landscape in this handmade epoxy diorama. One space explorer stands on the rocky ledge of a dark asteroid, looking out at a partner floating in zero gravity. Nearby, a detailed communication satellite drifts past a large, ringed planet reminiscent of Saturn, featuring distinct purple, white, and brown atmospheric bands. The entire scene is cast within a sharp, multi-sided geometric resin block that rests securely on a natural wood base.

An integrated LED light source in the wooden base projects light upward through the translucent resin, illuminating the dust particles of the painted nebula. The light colors can be adjusted to cycle through deep purple, cool blue, and emerald green tones, changing the mood of the space scene with the click of a remote. The textured wood edges inside the resin mimic the rough surfaces of deep-space asteroids, contrasting with the smooth, polished outer facets of the crystal block.
